  1. What type of information do we obtain?

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information provided through this website is accurate and for keeping their data up to date, corresponding to their actual situation. Users will thus be liable for any false or inaccurate information provided and for any damages caused to the Company or third parties for this reason. The Junta de Compensación reserves the right to exclude any user who has provided false or inaccurate data from the registered services, without prejudice to any other legal actions to which it may be entitled.

The information displayed on the website has been taken from the Junta de Compensación databases. For this reason, the Company makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed on the website is accurate and up to date.

  1. How is information obtained?

Data are obtained through the forms completed by Users, as well as by any of the means of contact made available to the public on this website.

When the data are obtained from a form and not from any other open field, such as a contact email, at least the fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. Otherwise, the Company will be unable to accept or manage the relationship established.

  1. How do we process personal data?

The Junta de Compensación compiles information for the following purposes:

  • Enabling contact with users making any kind of query or request or processing any request (including commercial ones) made by users by any of the means of contact made available to users on the website; and
  • Managing commercial and/or advertising relations regarding the services, projects, or activities carried out by the Junta de Compensación.

Data will be processed on the basis of user consent, which  may be revoked at any time, even though this will not affect the lawfuless of the data processed prior to the withdrawal of consent. Providing these data is voluntary, although queries may not be answered if they are not provided.

If third-party data are provided, users will be responsible for previously informing them of the terms of this clause and obtaining their consent.

The Company guarantees the security and confidentiality of all personal data provided. To this end, it has implemented adequate technical and organisational measures that are necessary to prevent their unauthorised modification, loss, processing, or access, in accordance with the risk analysis conducted on personal data processing, as required by the General Data Protection Regulation.

  1. How long are the data obtained stored?

The data provided will be stored until the query or request is resolved, and, after that, until any potential liabilities that might arise from them become time-barred.

  1. What rights do users have?

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, users are informed that they can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, objection and data portability by sending a written and signed request containing the following information: name, surname, notice address, photocopy of the National ID or passport, and request. The document should be sent to the Junta de Compensación at any of the addresses above.

You are also informed that you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event of a breach of your rights.
