Data are obtained through the forms completed by Users, as well as by any of the means of contact made available to the public on this website.

The Junta de Compensación compiles information for the following purposes:

  • Enabling contact with users making any kind of query or request or processing any request (including commercial ones) made by users by any of the means of contact made available to users on the website; and
  • Managing commercial and/or advertising relations regarding the services, projects, or activities carried out by the Junta de Compensación.

Data will be processed on the basis of user consent, which  may be revoked at any time, even though this will not affect the lawfuless of the data processed prior to the withdrawal of consent. Providing these data is voluntary, although queries may not be answered if they are not provided.

If third-party data are provided, users will be responsible for previously informing them of the terms of this clause and obtaining their consent.

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, users are informed that they can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, objection and data portability by sending a written and signed request containing the following information: name, surname, notice address, photocopy of the National ID or passport, and request.
