The Valdecarros Junta de Compensación was established on 26 March 2009 by deed executed before Madrid Notary José Manuel Rodríguez-Escudero y Sánchez under number 527 of his record and was entered in the registry of urban planning entities on 17 July 2009 under number 1326 entry 45 seals 42 and following. Its main purpose is the implementation of the urban planning as the party directly responsible for the urban development works and the equal distribution of the charges and profits resulting from the action. Once its objectives have been achieved, it will be liquidated and its activity will end. Its General Meeting and Governing Board are the Governance and Management Bodies of the Junta de Compensación.
